My husband and I have been looking at floridasunvacationhomes.com and have found some wonderful 6 bedroom homes in these locations. Can anyone whom has stayed in these location tell us more. We are planning an October trip and want to make reservations soon.

ALSO: If you stayed in a floridasunvacationhomes.com how did you like them, how was the company to deal with, any details on this particular company will aid us in our decsion making.

PS: If you have stayed in these two locations and used another company besdies the one I have mentioned please let me know who and why you would recomend them.

popcorn:: Thanks in advance for all your info, can't wait to hear about your experences! popcorn::

I've never used them but floridasunvacationhomes get good reviews. The DIS has a new search feature. You just highlight the name and a magnifying glass comes up. You can click that and it will take you to other posts.
Emerald Island and Windsor Hills are both very nice. Both have manned gates, clubhouses, community pools, playgrounds etc.
The community pool at WH has a zero entry and a big water slide. There's a snack/convenience store, mini theatre, fitness room, games room at the clubhouse. There's a huge castle playground, tennis courts, putting green etc.
Emerald Island has a tiki bar at their pool, store, playground, sports stuff just not as grand as WH. It has more landscaping throughout the resort and a nature trail.
Both places are great. :thumbsup2
We've rented privately so can't compare rental companies.

We have stayed in Windsor Hills in Oct 09 and loved it. The location and amenities are fantastic. We rented through a private owner and have all positive things to say. It was the magic rentals. any questions let me know.

We rented in Emerald Island through this company:

Excellent homes at a great price. They are managed by All Star Vacation Homes, and you pick up keys, etc. through them, but you generally pay less. We paid $1150.00 (including pool heat and taxes) for a 6BR home in October. HTH.

We're looking to stay at EI this trip. We have stayed ad WH twice and LOVED it but EI seems to have a little bit cheaper prices( and my in-laws are tagging along for their 1st trip.) I guess because they are a few more minutes away from the parks them EI.
We stayed in Mickey's safari condo at WH and loved it. www.mickeyscondo.com

Thank you Everyone for your responses. I am quickly diving in and check out the links you gave me as well as book marking those I like to help me make my decisions later!

:worship: Thanks for all your help!!!! :worship:

And the Winner is :goofy: Windsor Hills! We have already put a deposit down on a wonderful 6 bedroom home. The occupants of this lovely villa will be two couples (including my husband and I), a good buddy and my youngest son whom will be nearly 18 when we go. We have penalty of room to spread out and room for more if the opportunity presents itself!

:worship: Thank you everyone for your help! :worship:
