How does this work when you get to the airport? Are the keys in the cars somehow? How do I get another driver on the reservation? Thanks

If you've booked Emerald Aisle, then you just head out to the garage and follow the signs to National. Then look for the aisle that says "Emerald Aisle". Pick whatever car you want on that aisle. The keys will be in the car.

Then you drive to the exit booth. They will want your credit card and your license. This is when you tell them you have another driver and they will want their license too I think. This is also when you'd give them any coupon you may have.

That's it.

Is it the same with EA Reserve? This seems so easy. How often have you used this service? How would I find coupons for National? Thanks

I've used National exclusively since our trip in 2000, so 7 times. It IS that easy. I usually use Entertainment book coupons, or BJs Wholesale coupons, or sometimes the Walmart coupon. Usually it's for $20 off. You must put it in your reservation though. Then they will require it when yo check out.

Emerald Reserve is pretty much the same. You just head to the aisle of whatever size you booked and pick any car from that aisle.

Yes, it is the same with Emerald Reserve and it really is that easy. I'm not the original person to reply, but I use EA probably 1 or 2 times a month in various locations and it really is that easy everywhere (and I rent in Tampa and Orlando quite often). Coupons can be found in the entertainment book, and you may want to check mousesavers for codes as well.
