Emerald Aisle vs Emerald Club

I notice my new reservation says "Emerald Club", not "Emerald Aisle". Anyone know if this means we cant use the Aisle?

Emerald Aisle is for when you rent an Intermediate and you get full access to any car on the EA aisle (Intermediate and higher)

When you contract for any other class up front it is Emerald Club and you select from that class

Thanks. We did rent an intermediate. We have used National many times, but I have always seen Emerald Aisle on the ressie, not Emerald Club. Maybe I will call and ask.

Actually, it would say "Emerald Reserve" for any other size other then Intermediate and it would say "Emerald Aisle" for an Intermediate.

As long as you booked an intermediate car logged into your Emerald Club membership, you should be all set to go the the EA to pick your car.

What does your email say? Usually my confirmation email says...you level of service is "Emerald Aisle".
