Emerald Aisle experience

I just joined the EA with National. Supposedly, as a member you are able to choose any car on the lot upon check-in. Anyone have any experience good/bad with this one? We have a full size for 1 week at 156 plus tx. Would love a minivan, if you know what I mean!!

You may not choose any car on the lot.

You can choose any car in the area marked Emerald Aisle or any car from the Full size aisle. Going over to the Mini van aisle and taking one may subject you to the walk up mini van rate which would probably be higher than your rate.

There have not been a lot of reports of Mini vans on the aisle lately.

EA and the other frequent renter programs are targeted at business travelers who normally don't want mini vans.

I have always had good experiences with EA just go pick out the car and go so easy no lines to wait in. Last time (Oct.29) got a brand new Camry only had 7 miles on it they said it was just delivered.
