Embroidered Patches

Does anyone know where (or even if) there is anywhere in WDW/DTD that sells embroidered character patches?

I have never seen them in Disney, but you can find them online and they aren't too expensive.

I have not seen any patches sold on at regular basis at DTD or WOD. I have seen Disney Character patches at Michaels and Hobby Lobby.

Joann's has them as well. I saw some there yesterday.
