Has anyone stayed at this hotel? I've gotten pricing and it appears to be so much cheaper than alot of others plus it includes breakfast. Thanks!

I have stayed at both Embassy Suites South and North. Can't remember which one is the closest to the park. BUT I will say this, both are excellent hotels and I love the ES. The free FULL cook to order breakfast is well worth it with a family. Clean quiet comfortable wonderful hotel.

We are also considering this hotel. It is about a mile away from DL and uses ART. And its the same price as most of the older( and not as nice) hotels on Harbor. I just haven't figured out if the inconvenience of not being able to walk to and from the parks is worth it. We've stayed at CCI twice and GC last time. I'm a little spoiled...I admit it. But the CCI doesn't give us the privacy we need(my Mom is coming this time) and the GC is out of budget with us picking up my Mom's expenses. What to do?

I know they have shuttle service to the parks.....or at least their website says they do!!! It is saving us about $500.00 a couple for the 3 nites and also includes breakfast so to me it's worth it!!!! That's $500.00 more I have to spend in the casino on the ship!!!

The Embassy Suites South is by far the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The rooms are huge, super comfy beds.....best breakfast going. If you only take into consideration the breakfast you easily save a family $40 a day.

Thanks for all the great info everyone! We love Embassy Suites and have stayed in them many times with 3 more different ones coming up next month. You just can't beat the 2 hour free cocktail party and the free cooked to order breakfast. There are 6 of us adults and with 2 double beds and a sofa bed it works for all of us.

We also enjoyed the fact that it was very clean. The kids and my wife and I also enjoyed the pool area aswell as the hot tub. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
And yes the cocktale hour every day is worth while, after a day at disneyland a couple of free drinks and some snacks are welcomed.
While you are there take advantage of the Itailian restraunt infront of the Embassy, you will love this place, platter size plates of pastas. We had a group of10, and couldn't eat all we ordered, we ordered 4 platters of pasta and where stuffed. I recommened staying at this hotel it is, we think, the best bang for your buck

We'll be there in July when DH has a convention at the convention center. Is it reasonable distance to that as well as DL?

It's about 1.5 miles from D.L, and about 1 mile from the convention center. The ART is freqauntly available, it comes to the Embassy about every 15 to 20 minutes every day
