Embassy Suites on International Drive???

Any reviews on this hotel near Universal? The good, bad, ugly?

This is one of my favorite places to stay and the layout of the hotel is very nice. This hotel is near the corner of Sandlake/International Dr. It is on a cul de sac off of international. I am sure you would like this one. It is much nicer than the other Embassy suites actually listed on International drive.

We stayed at this Embassy Suites about 10 years ago and loved it.
The pool is small but the rooms and the atrium are really nice. And you get free drinks for a couple of hours every evening and a free cooked breakfast every morning! (I presume they still offer this)
There are lots of good restaurants within a few minutes walk.
This would be our first choice of hotel if we did not stay on site.

This hotel, I believe has a free shuttle to universal. Has an indoor / outdoor pool, an indoor atrium, and a manager's free happy hour. The hotel is beautiful. Call this hotel directly and ask if they have any packages. I love the amenities in the rooms and the seperate living area is a real bonus.

Yep...we're back now and know. LOL! But it was close. You could technically walk, but it would be a long walk in my opinion
