jusy stayed there 2 weeks, in a 3br layout. unit layout was great, you have a center area which is kitchen/dining area and living room, one side of this area is the master bedroom, with king size bed and jac. other side of living area, is the other 2 bedrooms, one a duplicate of master bedroom, but with regualr tube, then a small 3rd br with 2 twins and main 3rd bathroom across hallway.
the complex location is great, you get to disney property using st rt 536 which goes over I4, max time to get on disney property is 5 minutes.
the resort has only 1 pool, which can get crowded, the resort is on lake bryan, and many units have a wonderful view of the shore and lake.
the units are dated, based on other timeshares i have stayed, i would give a grade of C. With only 1 pool and a couple of tennis courts, if you are looking at doing things at the resort, I would give it a grade of C-. There are water sports you can do on the lake, but you need to drive around to the other side of lake.
location is a A+ if you are mainly doing Disney activities.
If you are looking for a resort that is close to Disney, that you are not wanting to spend alot of time at resort doing activities, and you need 3 bedrooms, then I would reccomend this place.
You should be able to rent someone timeshare week for a $1000 or less. I got mine for $700/week.
If you need anything else please post, I have gone to Disney 23 times and have rented other people timeshares 12 times with never a problem. also have rented houses(dont care for) and of course at hotels.
