Has anyone stayed there? How is the bus service? Is it fast/slow?

Once...years ago. Never again. HOwever my disdain is colored by an awful family trip rather than the hotel itself. If memory serves, it was nice enough. Our only complaint really was the bus service. Slow, didn't come often enough.
