I tired to book Palo Brunch for our upcoming 4 night Dream cruise - but there is no more availability for on-line booking at this point.

I understand that I can try to book once I am on board by going to the 'Dining changes/issues/etc " time slot that will be listed in the navigator - does anyone know what time they typically offer this?

The reason I am asking is that we are currently scheduled to take DCL transfers from Port Orleans Riverside to the terminal that day and I know those transfers get there a little later so I am not sure if we will arrive and be boarded in time make it there before it ends....

Thanks!!

As of the August 2018 Navigator it was from 1:00 to 3:30.

You can ask Guest Services once on the boat where they are but I have found it to be during the embarkation period. We are usually on the ship around 12 / 12:30 and I immediately solve any problems I may have so I don't know how long a cast member stays at this post (which I understand is your question; perhaps finding a Navigator would give the timing?) However, I'm sure Guest Services can direct you where to go if they have finished with their special help desk. The last cruise we sailed on the Magic and they had a little desk set up at Keys. (By the way, they were able to solve my problem quickly; I had two tables at Palo for the same time because I couldn't get a reservation for three people but could for 1 and 2) so there are openings.

You should be given a Navigator when you check in at the port. If the CM does not hand you one with your KTTW card or before you leave the counter, ask her/him for one.

IS this the same place that we could see if we can get bumped to Main dining. We are waitlisted since we booked our cruise so late. Is that something I can try to get switched during this time frame? Thanks!

No, that's a different table/ area. However, with the your dining request I would call every so often to see if you can make changes before you get on the ship. I am currently in the same situation (wanting to change my dining time).

In June 2017 on the Dream, Royal Palace was the designated area for both seating changes and specialty dining reservations. The Navigator for the day will list the time and place for such things.
