Emailed room request & on-line check in question

When I first tried to do on-line check in the room request section wasn't working properly, it only gave me 2 choices that didn't even really apply. So I got out of that and emailed MS what I wanted. They emailed back that the requests were noted on my reservation so all is good there. My question is if I go back to on-line check in and complete it is there a chance my emailed room requests would be deleted?

As long as you leave the online request section blank, the resort will get the requests that MS noted.

Of course, that doesn't mean you will get them, but you already know that.
