I was surprised to find on board no comment or suggestion card for the DCL. They kept pushing the grade cards for the servers, almost to the annoying point, but none for the cruise itself. So, when I got home I emailed guest communications about what a great time I had, plus 2 suggestions. 1)Sign up for Palo reservations when we check in. 2) Show classic Disney movies and cartoons at the Buena Vista theatre. What a perfect venue for these fabulous film collections. I got sort of a form email back saying the were glad I had a good time and they would give my suggestions to the proper departments.

Has anyone else done this and do you think it helps?

Also, we were on the cruise when Travel Channel was filming. Got on camera twice, once drinking a Bahama Mama and once at wine tasting. Will probably end up on cutting room floor!!

There is usually a very long comment card (actually a tri-fold) that DCL wants you to fill out and drop off in a collection box as you leave the ship. It is usually left in your cabin. I am surprised there was not one in your room. The cruise director even makes it a point in one of the debarking talk about making sure you fill it out the comment card because DCL really does listen to its guests.

It covers everything from shore excursion to shows, to the dining onboard. It even has a space for writing in comments, though that space should be bigger!!!
