Email response time?

I sent an email on 3/3 to disability.services@disneyparks.com. I got a standard “we got your message” reply but no follow up.

How long do they normally take? I realize they may need to check into my issue, but I thought a week would be enough time.

I would think soon I would email them again if you do not hear from them in a week.
 
It depends on what you wrote them about, some things don't really require a reply and so you never really get one, other things do and sometimes things take time for them to research.
