I booked our first family vacation to WDW last November, then switched over to the MYW with dining when those packages came out. The person that switched me over was informed that I was in the Disney system for a code. Our vacation for 4 (me, dh, dd4, ds5) for 4 nights at WL started out as $2261.82 with the Dream Maker package with Princess and Prince add on, then went to $2291.40 for the MYW dining package with hopping to the 4 main parks, and after it was booked using the code went to $1777.84. I really feel that since this is our first trip to WDW and since I first booked our price went down nearly $500, we will be getting our money's worth with the dining package.

PS I think that the best part of all of this is, I never even knew that I have received a code. It was a total surprise to me.

Another moderate for 79 a night, used with a email code, but not one that was emailed to me. I was told the pin was in my profile.

Good to hear about the maybe opening to puplic and ways to increase your chances of getting them. I do order the DVD (or video) every year and am registered on the website.

Hi! Got the e-mail code in November for May. Using it for POFQ - $94 a night for "water view"...could have used it for $79 standard and probably should have. Oh well... As a heads up, my e-mail said mods were going for $104+ but obviously my deal was actually less than that which was a nice surprise! At the time I booked (late December ) I could have had POR, POFQ, or CBR but no CS.

Hey I just talked to someone on line that said that they called with the email code (but was not sent it) and was given the code prices, before mentioning it to the CM. When they gave it to the cast member, they were told this is it. So maybe it is open to the puplic. If you haven't got one, give CRO a call and try!

i called CRO and was not given a code -- she said none out yet so then I said well my friend got an e-mail for a lower rate and she said all she had was the $149 rate.. (this was for July) best of luck.. Michelle

beach yacht and boardwalk were all 219

We are staying at AKL savannah view 4/18-4/24 with the e-mail code and our rate is $166+tax. We're moving to the Contemporary 4/24-4/26 and our rate there with the code is $265+tax for a tower room. We were intially at WL 4/16-4/24 with the AP rate for $170+tax for woods view but when we called with the e-mail code they didn't have WL available. We moved our dates by 2 days to get the regular season rates instead of peak season. AKL was available for our whole stay but we wanted to split the stay and CR was only available our last 2 nights so that's how we decided.

I got an email this morning...said something like " your vacation planning kit is on the way" etc and listed value resorts available at $99 4/17 - 8/27... I think that's rack rate (someone correct me if I'm wrong) I'm so bummed because I thought I was getting the elusive "code email".

Me too!!! I got the "e-mail" this morning and they were offering me values at $99 for the fall starting October 5, 2005. We will be arriving 9/24 and staying until 10/4 so even the dates were off.

Hi I also received the code. I originally planned to stay at the POFQ and was qouted $79 for standard. I then changed my stay to AKL Savannah and was given the $166/night price. We were able to add the myw and dining option.

I have to agree with the previous posts about ordering the vacation video and receiving an "exclusive" e-mail. I requested the video and received the e-mail with the $74 and $59 Value prices. (Also note that we have received two postcards since we returned from our trip in May '04. Neither of which we could use because we were not planning a trip two WDW). The problem is that this is for a time we definately will not be going. I received the "your planning video is on the way" e-mail today which highlighted the rack rate of $77 for Values. I find this whole thing interesting because I indicated that we were going 9/22-9/28.Sooo what I'm wondering is if anyone has received an "exclusive" e-mail with dates later than July? TIA

We are going in April and booked with DVC. Wanted to go a day early so booked with CM discount, but some of these rates sound lower. We are going on April 2nd at POFQ, any codes?? We got the room for $113 w/tax.
