Did anyone else get an email from DCL today? I got a confirmation email (as 12:01 this morning), but I didn't make any changes to the cruise that's already scheduled (For May, 2022). Just seemed so random, and there was no new info that I could tell.

I didnt get one today but I did get one last week that showed that I was moved up from second seating to first seating on my next cruise, are you sure there was no small changes made on your booking like mine?

I have a May '22 cruise as well, and I received no email.

I've had that a couple of times before. It was usually a small change. There was once that the itinerary was tweaked a little - change in port time. Another time the port fees were adjusted but that came after I already figured out the refund was due to change in port fees.

Sometimes, it's just something small.

Got one at 4:26 AM for my November cruise. Didn't see any changes at first glance.

But I did see on their website that the cancellation/rebook option for up to 15 days before sailing now is extended to cruises departing thru Dec. 31, 2021.

Uh oh - does that mean something went wrong with the test sailings?

I think they extended that flexible cancellation policy to December 31 a couple weeks ago.

I've gotten these emails for a dining time change when we were waitlisted for main dining, when the port fees changed so I was due a small refund, and when the time in one of our ports changed slightly. My guess is the OP got the email due to a reason like that.

ok I’m freaking a little...I just looked more closely, and the air reservations that Disney made for us ARE GONE. how on earth is this possible?

We have 2 august sailings on the dream booked. Figure they would probably let us know if something went wrong before November cruisers! And we have heard nothing from DCL.

possibly an issue with the flights themselves- I know every flight I’ve book since 2020 Has been modified

call them tomorrow it’s probably a simple fix

ack! try to stay calm and call them. Hopefully it's just something small and easily fixed.

So I called last night, and the CM had no explanation for what happened. I told her I had an email with air confirmation, gave her the flight confirmation numbers, etc. etc. They were able to put us on the same flight, but at a HIGHER price of like $50 per person. I need to call back today so see what they will do about that. It's their error, somehow, but I shouldn't have to pay for it. I'm not happy about this!

I am booked on my first ever cruise in November through Costco. I have not received a single email from DCL. should I be concerned? My plans are in the app and I paid in full last month.

I am also booked through Costco for a December cruise. I have heard nothing either.

If you have the original confirmations and cost of the original flights, I would hope a supervisor can adjust your balance.
