Email for Royal Pacific Room Requests? Leaving in two days!

Hi, I have been trying to use the search feature of this board for four days and it hasn't worked! Does anyone have an email I could use for room requests at the Royal Pacific? I just hate talking to the people on the phone for requests, I know they aren't the right people and they never seem listen . Anyone - we are leaving in two days!!
