Email for Guest Relations/Guest Experience?

Dose anyone have the email for the Guest Relations/Guest Experience department? After spending DAYS on the phone and being volleyed back and forth, I'm ready to write an email instead, but can't seem to find the right one. Go to the DLR website and look at the bottom for the "contact us" link. That link will take you to an email form. Once you send in your complaint (and be as detailed, specific, and unemotional as possible), you should hear back from someone in a few days. We've heard back as quickly as 2 days after we made our comment.
