Several years ago the Disney resorts placed cards in the rooms with email addresses for the GMs. The one for BW was WDW.GM.Boardwalk@Disney.com.

Thank you. When there in Feb, I thought it was a male name but I'm still very happy to have Kristin's email and also the general one for the GM.

Next time, I'm going to write down any information I happen to see at the various resorts I often stay at.
