Email for Disney Endurance Sports

Hi, I've sent a note to Disney Endurance's generic email regarding my corral placements for the races to come. Can someone share the email address of an actual living breathing person for me to send my note to? It has been well over a week with no response from the generic email address. Due to the holidays, maybe this is normal/acceptable.

If I can get another address (of a person) I will resend the note in hopes of getting some relief from some really poor corral placements.

If you look on the Marathon web page there is a contact phone #. I had to call it a few days ago regarding a dorked up 5K registration.

They referred me to disneysports@trackshack.com. Took a couple of days for an answer, but they are the actual race organizers (I think) & are probably in the best position to answer your questions.

Hi! I called the number and spoke with someone today and explained my situation to them. They understand my predicament.

They said that when the call went out for runners to send in proof of time that they were overwhelmed with information. I had sent my information in at that time. Long story short, they ended up not processing many of the proof of times and discarded them. Mine must have been included in that since they certainly didn't use them as a reference in assigning my corrals.

They said to simply bring my proof of time for a recent marathon in to Runner Relations at the Expo and they will provide me with stickers to go on my bib and they will move me to the proper corral.

I am going to the Expo prepared to plead my case and get to the proper corrals.

A few years ago I brought proof of time to the expo and they changed my corral -- no questions asked. I was also prepared to "plead my case" -- I don't think I had to say two words? THey were extremely nice about it, no problems!! Unless things have changed dramatically, it should be an easy fix.

They need to move you Howard. Let me know if you need help pleading your case and I will beg for you.

I want you starting WAY ahead of me so that I do not try to keep up with you this year. Last year I about died the first mile and you guys were PACING yourselves!!!

Thanks! I will be prepared for sure. I am going to try to move my corral for the marathon up to "C" to run with a friend (Steve of Krista and Steve (& Carter) fame). Since I am nursing a PF issue and I'll have run the 5K and half the day before, we're hoping to take it somewhat easy and finish around a 4:45.

I am not sure if my pace has ever been "blistering." However, my feet have! I hope to avoid a lot of that this year.
