Email back from universal

I just got an email back form universal fan club and was told that our company had to have 100 employees to be members......well, that will never happen but is this a new restriction or has it always been this way?

Actually, it was lowered to 100. I don't know the previous required number. I only spoke to a club rep a month or so ago and was told the required number of employees had been lowered to 100.
Most people seem to get them from large corporations,labor unions or credit unions. Drag, huh?
