Email and Password ???

I have been trying to open up my Dis Boards on my other computer. It says I had the wrong password. When I tried to get it emailed to me, it says my email is not in the system. I have the same email since email started. I'm able to have it on this computer, my iPhone, and iPad. I even went under "Password" through the Dis Boards profile page on this computer and it doesn't recognize me.

Please help me. Thank you.

I have sort of the same problem as I used to be cnids00 but can't get password reset as my email I used to use isn't active anymore. I can't stand not using my "old" self on here. Who can help with this problem? Haven't been on for a long time as our last trip to WDW was in 2010 but are now in process of purchasing DVC and I am back on boards again. So frustrating not to be able to log in, created new login but would seriously like my old one to work.

I finally figured it out and about yanked my hair out in the process. I got a new laptop and DH set it up, I didn't know Hotmail turned into Outlook.com and he also put in another email as we switched to gmail. So when I logged into my Hotmail to get the temporary password for it came up a brand new account with no emails at all. Haha, I had to log out and log back in on my old Hotmail (now Outlook) and Voila! There was my "reset password" from DIS Boards. Feels real good to be back not "Earning my Ears" as I have been on the boards since 2004 Now to get someone to delete the "other" one, cnids000, my temporary partner in crime here. There is no option on my own as I could see.
Please, can anyone help delete it?

You can't really "delete" the new account. But, not using it will make it drop to the bottom of the boards and not used. I know only a administrator (or webmaster, maybe?) can actually delete accounts.

Thank you, I did get a message from Webmaster. What a mess not logging in too often, I used to have "stay logged in" but when I got a new laptop it all disappeared haha! Lesson learned for sure
