Does anyone have an email address to send a message to compliment members of the wait staff for a recent trip. We ate at a few restaurants where CMs went over and above to make our meals memorable and would love to let the higher ups know. TIA!

As a former DLR CM emails were passed to our direct reports and we were acknowledged either in a group or individual setting and received interdepartmental recognition. They have a system internally for accolades and rewards for good service reports in the departments I worked in. Email or verbal however it’s recorded it usually gets to the CM.

I emailed guest.services@disneyworld.com after our last trip - about a month later I got an email saying my remarks would be passed to the appropriate leadership so the cast members could be commended.
