Does anyone have an address to send an email complaint to for Disney travel uk?

I have an issue with my tickets and have phones 3 times and been told different info by 3 different people. I emailed them at the 'contact us' address on the website and they replied telling me to call the number which I had already called!!
 
I emailed the second one. Perhaps if I send it again but label it 'complaint for the manager' I might get a better response?

Disney will not resond to complaints by email. If you supply a phone number they will ring you otherwise they will tell you to phone.

Not very helpful but it's company policy.

I believe you are correct in that statement.

If you are hoping for a more conclusive answer by email than you are getting by phoning, the bad news is that you are going to get the same staff taking emails as you get taking the calls. I would ring them, tell them you are having problems with consistent answers and ask to speak to a supervisor. If they try and get you to repeat your story all over again, explain that you have done so numerous times and very politely, but firmly, state that you will hold, but you will not end the call before you have spoken to a supervisor.
 
I used both emails provided by Wayne in the past. I even used another one I can't remember or find anymore.
Reply times varied. some took 48 hours, some took up to a full week (funny, since at one point I sent an email to all 3 adresses and had different answers from different people at different points in time ....)

When there is a "serious" matter to tend to, they just simply call you.

I think (but I might be wrong) that most of the "writing" is done by people in the US (at least I had requests sent to WDTC-UK and was called back by a US CM )
you need to remember that emails are public record in florida. Therefore it's plain to see why they won't respond in writing to any complaints unless they're absolutely sure their point is "lawyer-proof"
