I want to check some things for our cruise planned in September and wondered if anyone has a contact email address for DCL's "guest relations"?
Does anyone know if the cruise tickets automaticaaly come with a voucher to cover return transportation from the Hyatt hotel at Orlando international airport to Port Canaveral?

you will have transportation vouchers in your documents package if you purchased them in advance. otherwise you will not have any. I believe DCL transports run about $50pp roundtrip

You do definitely have to purchase transfers if you want them, they are not automatically included in your cruise fare.

We originally bought the DCL bus transfers, they are $49.00 per person roundtrip, but we just cancelled them and are going with Happy Limo. I read on another thread how someone sat on a DCL bus for an hour at the airport waiting for it to fill up with passengers. We are getting a Happy Limo sedan for less than the price of 4 of us taking the DCL bus, plus we get a 15 minute stop to pick up snacks before we get to the port terminal at no extra charge.
