email address for DCL?

Does anyone have the email address for the disney cruise line. I called them about 1 month ago to request my casterway cay membership number which they gave me, but said that they would also send me my welcome pack. I know a lot of people havent recieved anything too, but as ive just had my phone bill for the llllooooonnnngggg call (the CM gave me a real hard cell on future cruises!) i think that I should get my pack, but i dont want to call them again. Also the cm i spoke to didnt speak english very so that didnt help.

so does anyone have en email address instead?
