Email address for Annual Pass Office??

Does anybody know the email address for the Annual Pass Office please. I sent my renewal through the post in Feb and the money was taken from my account a week later on 17 Feb I have not yet received the pass and I am now a little worried as to where it is. Any one know how long they usually take to arrive back to UK Not renewed by post before.

Has you received your AP now or are you still waiting ? There isn't an email that I've ever seen only a couple of phone numbers 033 1 60 30 60 69and 0033 825 825 100 (which is a high rate as it's 0.15€ when we call it from France the minute)
