Elton John has begun working on his third theater district proejct, a musical incorporating three of Anne Rice's vampire novels, to be called "The Vampire Lestat." This time he has roped in longtime collaborator Bernie Taupin for the lyrics. Among the titles of the tunes are "The Thirst" and "The Swoon".
