If you are looking for an Elsa like ice princess dress, chasing fireflies online has a beautiful version! $$$ but all the costumes I've gotten from them before have been extremely well made and not itchy. Don't have this version as almost 10 year old dd is "over" dressing up and they have just a few sizes left it looks like.
