Since they extended the hours from 9 am and World Showcase does not open until 11 are they allowing you to enter thru the international gateway and walk to Norway?

Pretty sure if you come from IG you will have to walk around the Future World side of the lagoon (past UK & Canada, then over to Mexico, then Norway). I was there on 2/10, coming from the main gate, and there was a rope up at the China end of Norway preventing you from going farther into WS.

Note to add: Guests have always been able to enter Epcot via the Intl Gateway at park opening (9 am or AM EMH) to get to Future World.

The International Gateway is always open if guests are allowed in the park at all, and yes, you can walk to Norway...

Yes.

Before 11AM, only via the UK > Canada > Mexico > Norway direction.

Are you serious? I cannot understand why they are going back to 11:00 am. It's like they WANT bottlenecks.

But it looks like they are back to 11 this week. Bummer.

What's the source, if I may ask? Never mind, I see WDWent.com has it too. Odd they'd revert to a later start again--must be a casting issue with this coming week being so busy.

I heard that at 9:12am this morning, the line was already 3 hours long. So I'd say it didn't help much...
