Hey WISHER's, I was wondering if anyone had an workouts for the elliptical machine?I work out all the time mostly the treadmill/weights BUT I have been using the elliptical consistently since May ... I love it.
Right now I do a 3 minute warm up on level 5 then go to level 12 for 20 minutes. Then back down slowly, 11, 10, 9 etc until I have done a 45 minute w/o. I also go backwards as well.
I have quite a few programs on the elliptical that I could use BUT I want to hear from any of you that use the elliptical on a pretty regular basis and what is your w/o regimen on the machine.
That is half the reason I never use the programs on the machine. I always chose MANUAL and then do my w/o!
Living in SoCal, we do have allot of choices as our weather is fabulous at least 10 months out of the year. BUT I do love the gym and all that that has to offer.
