Elevators at the Villas at WL

I just wanted to check, are all the studios in the WLV accessible by elevator? I would assume they are, seeing as it's a fairly new build, but I just wanted to make sure.

There is one bank of two elevators in the center of the building.

There are even studios on the ground floor where no elevator would be needed.
