Elevator Rooms

We just stayed in 2047 and we heard music from Beat Street every night. I'd take elevator noise over that anytime. Having a room near the elevators would make it really convient for getting around.

Rooms near the elevator are not as noisy as those under the pools decks and near the lounges (have had other family stay there). I've been near the midship elevator and aft evelator (6562 and 7606) with no complaints.

We've been near the elevators several times...I am very, very picky about hallway noise, but amazingly I never noticed any more than anywhere else in a central location. We were also under the nightclub once, and that bass continues long into the night. Thankfully, we tended to come in late and collapse from exhaustion.

We just got home two days ago from a cruise, we were right off the elevators suites 8532/34...didn't hear much from the elevators, but the area above us was kind of a pain in the butt. Ping Pong tables!!!!

But you just suck it up and realize we're all on vacation.

Disney sure knows how to do things right, everything was top drawer, everything was so beautiful. Although I wasn't expecting to see a christmas tree yet! Gosh they sure rush the holidays. But it made for some nice pictures. The kids programs were terrific, our grandkids had a ball. Didn't hardly see our 11 year old granddaughter!!!

I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

We have stayed in 8032 and 8532 which are directly outside the midship elevators and never had any issues with noise directly related to the elevators.

The only noise was the occassionly kids running down the hallway or running above us on deck 9.
