Is there an elevator at the EPCOT monorail station? Thank YOU.

Yes, the EPCOT station has an elevator, near the entrance ramp.

As you go in the entrance ramp, it is to your right. It's kind of behind a corner. not that hard to find, but you have to look for it. The elevator is very small, so if you have more than one or 2 in your party, you may want to send the rest of the people up the ramp.

Thank you. I imagine that there is a line to use it after illuminations. Maybe we will push the chair up the ramp if the line is too extreme.

The elevator is designated for handicapped use only. There should not be any able-bodied ppl (who aren't with somebody who needs the elevator) using it. I think most ppl don't even know it is there.

Once you are off the elevator at the boarding level, getting to the handicapped loading area is a bit tricky if the crowds are heavy. Look for the large gate with the wheelchair sign on it.

::yes::
you really have to know it's there to even find it. I did ride it once with my DD in her wheelchair, my niece and my other DD (they were going to take DD with wheelchair the next day and needed to know where the elevator was). It was kind of a tight fit for us and none of us are very big.
It's not the kind of elevator people would choose to use if they had other options.
