How does this work??


We are thinkin of purchasing the 2-Park Unlimited Admission Ticket and am a bit concerned about the electronic pickup.


Electronic Pickup
Electronic Ticketing Pickup is a fast and secure way to collect your online ticket purchase, no matter how long ago you purchased them. Follow these four (4) steps:


Look for one of the electronic ticketing machines (electronic kiosks) located at the front gate of both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.
Swipe the credit card you used when making your online ticket purchase through the machine. (NOTE: This is for verification purposes only. Your card will not be charged again.)
Enter the confirmation code you were provided at the end of your online purchase or in your email receipt.
Wait for your tickets to dispense.



NOTE: You must bring the credit card you used to make the original purchase or you will not be able to collect your tickets.

It is like a computer screen. It takes you through the steps on the screen. Be sure and take the confrmation number you got in your email. It's usually best to just print that email out so you have the number with you. Also bring the same cc that you paid for the order with. It's easy and fast.

If you forget the cc you used just go to the window and they can help you. You will need ID of some sort though.

It was pretty easy to use. I used electronic pick-up last Tues. Took about 1minute to get our tickets.

The computer screen ask you to swipe the card you used then enter your confirmation number (do not use hyphen). The machine dispenses your tickets the way an ATM dispenses cash.

Your ATM dispenses cash? Mine usually says "Sorry. Try again tomorrow." and then it eats the card.

My hubby probably wishes the ATM would tell me that as well.

I was afraid the first time I used this feature too but the kiosks are everywhere and easy to use.

last ime we were there they had MAJOR problems with the screens. had to go over to customer service, took 40 minutes to finally get our tickets!

Does it print out paper tickets or does it spit out a mag card ... like a credit card?

it prints regular paper tickets.
