Electronic device recharging stations? Any free ones?

We like to eat lunch a Columbia Harbor House. We sit upstairs at table window and there is wall plug. We just charge as we eat. I have charged in Rockin Roller Coaster gift shop ( regular outlet) while waiting for my family.

I have a good portable charger now , as well as a newer phone. I did not have to find plugs at all this last trip. Mophie cases are good as well.
