Electrolux Appliances

I have posted this question on a couple of other Boards with very limited response. We are looking to buy a new dishwasher and our local dealer has recommended Electrolux. The dishwasher looks great and is loaded with features. It is suppose to be quieter than Bosch and is comparably priced. I know they are new to selling appliances in the US but have been in Europe for years. I also know that they bought Frigidare several years ago. I have researched them online and am not finding much on their reliability or people's opinions of them. I thought maybe my old friends here might have some information. I would appreciate it. I don't know about their Dishwashers, but we bought a Washer and Dryer back in November, and so far they have been outstanding. Both are very quiet.

This doesn't answer your question but...I have a Bosch. It's super quiet and cleans well but it's hard to load. I don't think it's made for big American dishes. Something to consider before you buy.

I was in the same situation. I did buy the Electrolux. It has not been installed yet. I considered that, Bosch, LG, Samsung and whatever else was in the same group~stainless, quiet. I could not find much on the brand, but every other brand had some bad reviews. Some good ones as well, but also the bad. I am hoping it will be as great as all the stores told me it was.

My parents have an Electrolux washer/dryer and absolutely love it. So I'd say going with an Electrolux dishwasher would be a great idea.
