Hello I am trying to find an electric when chair or scooter that has the ability to elevate my wife’s leg. Her surgery requires it to be elevated. We can’t rent in the park. Are they any places around the park that rent and could deliver it to hotels like dolphin and swan?

I'm sorry no one has answered you yet, because I don't know the answer. But I wanted to suggest that if you haven't yet, your wife confirms with her surgeon that will be sufficient. I am recovering from a severely broken ankle that required surgery, and when my doctor said I had to keep it "elevated," he meant flat on my back with my ankle at least a full foot off the bed, "two feet would be better." Lying horizontal at least 22 hours a day for 4 weeks. (Then 5 more weeks of elevating it in the way you mean.) Also, depending on exactly what the surgery is, there's the question of how much someone who's still in the "keep it elevated" stage of recovery will be able to do. Also, there's a 100% chance of at least one person running into her bad leg.

I really hope someone has a good answer--people talk a lot about the Whill Ci so maybe that's what she needs--and even more so, I hope your wife's situation is nothing like mine and you can have an amazing trip! But the #1 thing your post made me think was "please ask the surgeon how realistic it will be to expect to do Disney World." And much as I hate to be a killjoy, I would hate for you to end up cancelling at the last minute or to find it's too much after you get there.

I agree that she needs to talk to her doctor to see how realistic a trip to WDW is right now. If she needs her leg elevated at all times, she won’t be able to do anything except shows. Many attractions require a transfer and those that have a wheelchair accessible ride car usually are going to be too short to accommodate a wheelchair with elevated leg rest.
If it’s OK with the doctor, your only option would be a manual (push) wheelchair with elevated footrest. I’d suggest Orlando Medical Rentals - they have the most variety of more specialized medical equipment.
You should not have an issue with delivery to Swan/Dolphin.

Power wheelchair won’t be an option.
A small number of people’s personal power wheelchairs have elevating footrests, but rental ones don’t have elevating footrests that I have ever seen.
Most of the companies that rent power wheelchairs won’t rent one to someone who is not experienced driving one. They do have a learning curve to be able to drive safely.

ECVs have no footrests, just a floor. If she only needs it elevated a little, I have seen people using the 4 wheeled models with something on the floor to elevate the foot a small amount. The 4 wheeled ones have more flat floor space because they are kind of rectangular footprint. The 3 wheeled models are more manouverable and csn turn tighter, but the front is more triangle shaped, so less room for feet.
