The best advice is to ask the CM in the area, like in the check in area.
If you plan to park it and plug it in while you are eating, mention when you check in that you need to be close to an outlet to charge it.
When we ate breakfast at Tusker House a couple years ago, I asked the CM at the first checkin podium if there was somewhere I could leave the ECV to charge while we ate (we had gotten in late the night before and it had not fully charged overnight). I was directed to an area not too far from the checkin area and shown where the plug was. It was a covered area, so not worries from rain. We left the scooter there for the meal and it charged away. There was a bit of a walk into the restaurant, but for me that was fine.
Your best option is to ask and be specific (e.g. if you need to be on it or can leave it while charging, how long a walk is ok).
