Electric 'scooters'

We are going to need a scooter once an awhile. Where can I get info. on the scooters that they rent in the parks? We won't need it all of the time so we don't want to rent on from one of the vendors.

depending on how many times you rent one at the park, it might be cheaper to rent one from off site for the entire trip.
You can go to the disability board and they have all kinds of great information on scooters.

The net cost of an ECV at the parks is $50/day. You would definitely save money if you used on 3 or more days by renting from a local vendor.

The cool thing about renting a scooter from Disney is you don't have to lug it on the bus. So simple. Return it at the gate. If you go back out later, get another with the same rental receipt. Soo worth the daily fee.

I understand the electric scooters are first come first served basis.

We rented from a vendor on our 2nd day after my son was in so much pain from all that walking the first day. The price was 30.00 per day. and we got to use it at the resort also.
