Electric scooter recommendations...

I thk my 11 yr old son would enjoy an electric scooter. Any recommendations? Where to buy, what brand/models have good reps, etc.

My mom is getting both my dd's the Razor E100 for Christmas,

Not really sure what brands out there are good, but I was at Walmart with DH one day, and they had one of these that you could ride around on, and wow was it fun, lol!

Might want to check the specs on them though.. I know the E100 is suggested for up to 120 lbs, so depending on how big your DS is, might want to go next step up (the E200 goes up to 154 lbs)

I got three of them sitting in my garage for my grandsons. I got the razor E175 for 103.00 at Target right before Thanksgiving. I checked on several, and for the price this was the best deal. My grandsons are 6 and 8. We live in MN, so by the time they can really ride them they will be 6 months older.

oh, btw, just so you don't get confused if you look these up (cause I know I did at first, lol), the E100, E125, E150, & E175 are all the exact same scooter.. Razor just sends the different models out to specific stores, so depending on what store you go to will depend on what model # you see.

So the differences go by hundreds...e100 models, e200 models is a step up, etc.?
