Update: oops! I guess its called a roasting oven 
Which kind do you have? I went to two Wal-mart and they didnt have any. Not sure if they only carry those during x-mas cuz I seen some in December. I also went to Target and they had the Oster Brand its white and was $39.99.
I found this recipe and want to try it. It will be to hot to use a regualr roasting pan in the oven for several hours.

The lady in the video uses a Nesco . Is this Nesco brand expensive? Does anyone have one or can compare is to the Oster brand. I'm looking to get a good one on a budget cost. thanks
