Electric Parade

I have heard that the Electric Parade is coming to DL. When? I am hoping it will be there when we are - that'd be so awesome. Our trip is officially Dec 7-11.

What info do you have?

The Electric Parade runs at California Adventure. I have heard they are bringing it back for the holidays. Unfortunately, it does not show up on the schedule for the days you are there.

The Electric Parade will start showing on the 21st.

I am so excited it will be there for our dec trip! I love it every year. why is it at Calif. adventures in stead of DL?

The streets are longer and wider at DCA which makes watching the Electrical parade much nicer than at DL.

Drats. I would have loved to see this parade. I have such wonderful memories of it from when I was little. Is it usually played during the holidays? Or is this a one time thing?

It's run during the summer peak hours too. I was there in August and saw it, took way too many photos.

The DEP will be showing daily from Dec 21 through Jan 6. Then, it will be showing on weekends only through Spring of 2008. They are retiring Block Party Bash, so DEP will be the main parade showing at DCA until they premier the new Pixar Play Parade in the Spring.

Yeah, we all predicted the 14th as well, but if you recall, the entire Christmas season at DLR started a week later than normal this year. . .

This sounds crazy but I am going to plan another trip just to see the Electrical Parade. Is there a way to find out if and when it's going to be shown for like April or May? Now I am on a mission and I really want to see it. We cant change our Dec trip because we already have our flights and everything, but I can maybe plan another short trip

if thats the case, most of the blockout starts on the 15th. So the dates do sound a little bit fishy. I wont know until that week.
