Not in the bathroom but there are outlets by the desk (with mirror).

Desk area is way better than the small bathroom.
I take over this area for my hair and make-up every cruise.

Yes by the desk, they now even have a mat in the desk to use with hot curling irons so you don’t burn the desk.
