Electric or Gas Stove

Ceran top stove. It is pretty easy to clean, if you get a burned on spill, just use a razor scraper. You can also buy special cleaner to keep it polished. It is (IMO) a lot hotter than regular electric. I would prefer gas, my son the chef HATES to come to my house and cook, (so he comes and I cook) because it's not gas and he can't control it. I hope the next hoe I have has gas stove, oven, hot water and spa. Also gas fireplace with remote contol starter.

I have used both electric and gas. I prefer gas especially for baking. The heating is just more even than an electric oven. I would never go back to electric.
