I was wondering if anyone knew if they took away the new...not sure what you call it...the new floats, I guess... in the electric light parade? Someone told me that they didn't see the new things. Thank you!

What was supposed to be new? I think a new Tink at the beginning - if so, that was there last weekend.

What else was supposed to be there and I'll tell you if it was.

The Tinkerbell float is new, I also noticed that Dumbo & the Circus float is gone too - right or am I losing it?

Not quite sure now, but the Pinocchio float seemed unfamiliar . Just my opinion, but I think the American Eagle float is starting to not really fit in.

We were there about 2 weeks ago and all the new stuff was there. Tink is new and the Pinnochio floats are new, I can't remember if there's anything else. Speaking of the Pinnochio floats, is it just me or does anyone else thing that the Pleasure Island float with the head is the creepiest looking think they've ever seen? If I was designing a Pinnochio float I would have done Gepetto's workshop or something but the whole thing is focused on Pleasure Island complete with giant lit up cigars and pipes and that creepy head. I find it very strange.

The Pinocchio floats are actually older units that they added back in, (and subsequently took out the dumbo unit).

They also added a "pixie dust" feature to the floats, where some of the lights twinkle brighter for a few seconds.

I'm glad it wasn't just me - I thought the head was pretty creepy, too!

Yes, there's that creepy head! It especially looks weird as you look down the street to see what's coming next and you expect to see another train or a cute animal or something and here comes this weird floating head thing all lit up.

Another float that has been added (don't remember if it was there before) is the mine float at the end of Snow White & the 7 Dwarves.

We miss the Dumbo/clown/Prince John the lion floats - they were actually my daughter's favorites, especially the clowns & music.

Oh, that's right! There are two parts to the "Snow White" segment now - the mine car train driven by Dopey which has been around for a long time, and the actual mine itself, which they brought back this year.
