Do you know, I've been going to Disney regularly since 1976 and I have NEVER been able to eat at this establishment!!!!! It always seems to be seasonally closed or unoperational. I would like to know the answer to this question too.

Yup 11 am to 4 pm

We've caught it open twice in 10 trips. One time it was great (tacs etc) the next time so-so. The other time I saw it open was when Pecos Bills was being rehabbed and then it had Pecos Bill food instead of the tacos.

Count yourself lucky! We have at there twice, the tacos were so-so, like not even as good as Taco Bell at 2am so-so. I always wanted to try it and it was such a disappointment. BUT it has been at least 2 yrs since I have at there so here's to hoping it has improved.

We were at Magic Kingdom on Saturday and it was open. This used to be our favorite CS place, but they've changed how they make the tacos and it's not as good now. All you get if you order the tacos is ground meat in a taco shell. Then you go to the "fixins bar" and add your own tomatoes, lettuce & cheese. The cheese they used to use was a nice cheddar, now it's just tasteless. I think Pecos Bill has better food now.
