We have been to Disney 3 times in the past 2 years and this CS has never been open. Has anyone been able to eat there recently, and was it any good? I don't know why, but I've always wanted to try it.

I've always wanted to try it, too, but it was closed last time we visited in early 2005.

We have tried it several times but lately haven't had the luck. I hear that it is "seasonal"? It is ok for "fast food" type Mexican food. We like the taco salad.

I have no idea about it's current status, as I have not been to WDW since January 2005, and it was closed then, but until that trip, we had alays eaten lunch there. I only discovered Pecos Bill's when I had to go elsewhere. I really liked their taco salads and always made a point to have one for lunch during my trip.

I was just there yesterday, its open from 11-4 pm ONLY!! So, yea, I missed it again.

If it is open, we eat there. My DDs love their tacos and I really like the taco salad. It is only open for lunch, when it is open.

I was at MK in mid July and we ate there for lunch. We all had tacos, and they were really good! I would definitley eat there again.

Good to hear. This is definitely on my list of CS places to try. And Mexican food is my #1 favorite.

Sounds delicious and thanks for the replies everyone! I am going Dec 14th - 18th. Maybe I can catch it when it's open. At least I can hope!
