El Pirata Y el Perico Restaurante?

Is it ever open? I was just wondering...it would be nice to get a chance to have some Mexican in the Magic Kingdom...

We were at WDW 2 weeks ago and love this resturant but, unfortuantely, it was closed. I asked a CM when (and if) it would be open. He told me that it's now only open during the busiest times, using Easter, Christmas, New Year's and July 4th as examples and stating further that it'll only be open limited hours during those times.

Odd...I was there on the 4 of July, last year, and it wasn't even open then.

I was there last summer and it was open for lunch only. We eat there every year, when we go in the summer.

I have been dying to try this place but the last 4 times that I have been to the world it is never open !!! ARRGHHH!

Well, hopefully it will be open when we head back in September!?!
