El Pirata y el Perico-Open????

El Pirata y el Perico is one of our favorite counter service restaurants, we like the taco salads on a hot day. We were there in July 05 and it was closed. Does anyone know if it is open now. I heard there was a test buffet there in December. If it is still open is the food the same mexican flare?

We were there July 05 also and it was only open limited hours. I believe it was 11-4, so really just for lunch. We ate lunch there a couple times. It's usually open during peak seasons.
