El Capitan tickets and breakfast!

Hi, we are going to be in Los Angeles in December and would love to see Frozen at the El Capitan Theatre. I tried to order tickets for the movie and the breakfast through their website, but it didn't work. I can buy tickets for the 10 am showing, but I can't add the breakfast. When I select the breakfast there is a message saying that I only can reserve for it if I buy a movie ticket. If I click for the movie tickets there is no option for the breakfast. What am I doing wrong? I tried so many times and now I'm desperate. I hope somebody understands what I'm talking about and can help me!

Hmm I just took a peek, it says breakfast is only on certain days, are you sure there's a breakfast available that day?

Also maybe try a different browser? I normally use chrome and have a really hard time using some websites.

I'm not sure, but the website shows a breakfast for the day we want to visit. I tried different browsers and also computers and it's always the same!

Try calling 1-800-DISNEY-6 to order your tickets and to ask about the breakfast. They should be able to help you.

OP can't make an international call to a toll free number. I didn't try to locate a local number because that would be an expensive call. That's why I suggested Facebook.

Calling toll free numbers international does work, but unfortunately the numbers are not so much toll free then. They'll be charged at the standard international rates.

That's the definitely the case, I called reservations at the Desert Inn and Suites only a couple of days ago myself.

Sorry the number won't work for the OP, but it might help someone in the U.S. who is reading along. We don't use Facebook, so that option never occurred to me. Hope the OP finds the answer she is looking for.

I'm travelling to California myself on Tuesday. Planning to go to the El Capitan for the pin event on the 19th and the release on the 26th. If you don't get a response I'll try to find out what's going on for you.

I am assuming the issue is that they don't have an exact opening date of the former Disney Soda Fountain yet. It's changing to a Ghiradelli store.

Thanks everyone, I received an email from disney.movie.tickets@disney.com today. The problem is that the website is showing the breakfast for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I tried to get tickets for Monday, but there is no breakfast on that day. It's a mistake on their website. Now I ordered tickets for a Sunday. First step is to choose the 10 am movie time, where you select the type and quantity of tickets. On the next screen it asks if you want to add the breakfast. Pretty easy if everything works right. The only annoying thing is, that we can't get the limited Frozen pin anymore, that you were able to purchase with the tickets. They are all sold out, because I needed too long to find out how everything works. At least we will see the movie and meet Anna for breakfast!

Thanks for sharing the pictures! I'm glad breakfast worked out well. I booked for breakfast & the movie on Saturday, December 7th and it was great. I do wish that there were pictures with Elsa too
